Good implementation of Opensource Watchy project. There are git code and ESP32 libraries Arduino compatible available, so can be used with Arduino IDE. It came with firmware 1.4.6 and latest version is currently 1.4.14, so first step will be to update it soon.
It came packed in a plastic box, with no printed manual; only a QR code which takes you directly to sqfmi.com git related page.
For rest of instructions search "watchy" in Google and you will get more info and videos about it. Also how to prepare the updating/programming platform, the way to enter the bootloader mode for programming and how to reset it.
Nice and original gadget to play with, apart from the watch use. You can customize the screen with some variants you can download from github.
An enjoyable purchase....hope to spend nice moments playing with it.
